The project is a dynamic supplier of innovative high-quality health products and supplements. It is a multi-level marketing company that sells its products to consumers via the chain of distributors via the web portal and in stores. Some of the issues are that stores are not adopted for self-service, shopping in the store takes extra time and the order pickup process is not transparent to customers. The project decided to collaborate with SoftServe in order to develop the application in order to provide users with the ability to speed up shopping process in stores as well as the Pickup Center app, Order Status Board and In-Store Pickup Screen in order to speed up orders pickup process in pickup centers. The core target markets in South Korea. Undertaking the project, the company places great emphasis on increased customer satisfaction. To streamline the development process the SoftServe team utilized SCRUM methodology with two-week iterations and held daily meetings with the client, along with retrospective meetings, regular demos, and presentations of technical solutions and approaches.
