We are looking for an experienced technical writer located in Europe, to join our documentation team. Do you love writing in a way to help people use products and services easily? Do you have a strong background in WordPress? If so, you are the person we are looking for.

What the role involves

As part of our documentation team, you will work closely with our development teams, writing documentation for our plugins and services. This involves learning and documenting the new features, as well as making sure existing documentation stays relevant and up to date. Additionally, you will be in contact with our clients, making sure to always understand their needs and their perspective when using our products.

What is required

Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Proficient usage of WordPress
+2 years experience writing technical documentation in the IT field
A voracious attention to detail and meticulous writing and editing skills
Excellent research skills
Ability to handle large amounts of complex data

Nice to have

Experience with producing videos
Familiarity with our WPML and/or Toolset plugins
Experience working remotely with a distributed team
Being familiar with Usability testing
