Phase 1 – Proof of Concept
● Create a replication of the current live site www.objectivity.co.uk
○ All functionality to be identical
○ Provide a test environment
○ Provide 3 urls to replicate the UK, PL and NL sites and ensure we have full multi
lingual capability on all pages (we have purchased wpml plugin)
○ We must be able to easily add new language versions with their own dedicated
url in the future (and to copy content and the page hierarchy from other language
version)
○ Set up sufficient pages to prove the site is functionally equivalent
○ SEO plugins will be required
○ Ensure top menus and side menus are driven by page hierarchy
○ Create dedicated administration screens to manage
■ The home page
■ The case study page
■ The people page
■ The news page
■ The contact page
■ The pop up enquiry (bespoke software subpage)
Phase 2 – Exact replication
● Migrate all content from UK, PL and NL to the test site to prove that it will work in a live
environment
Phase 3 – Go live
● Migrate the entire site (include NL, PL and UK) and all content from the test site to a live
server that we will provide
● Maintain the test site to act as a staging site that we can use for further developments
prior to putting them live
